The concerts at CUC are under the title of 'Sundays at 3'. The next is on June 16th and includes music from the first Elizabethan era played by students of the RWCMD. The title is 'Apt for Voices or Viols' which was a common idea of the time and accordingly the musicians will be six viol-players and five singers. The programme is devised and led by Lucy Robinson.
Parking is available in the Harvey Street car park almost opposite the church (take the turning to the north next to the pedestrian lights). If you see the Post Office (on the north side of Cowbridge Road East) or the Co-op supermarket (on the south side) you are very very close!
Refreshments (tea/coffee and cakes) are provided after the concert, at about 4pm.
THE PROCEEDS FROM THIS CONCERT CONTRIBUTE SOLELY TO THE CHURCH BUILDING FUND.
Tickets for all these Sunday events are available from *eventbrite.co.uk* (search for the concert title) or on the door. Prices are: £12 full, £10 seniors, £5 all in full-time education (school, college, university). Pay on the door by cash or card.
